Job Summary

Delivery Drivers are the frontline of GoFor’s service representing us with every drop-off and pick-up. You will be responsible for safely transporting items between GoFor’s customers and their end-users, ensuring efficient service and exceptional customer experiences.

You may be required to carry deliveries into homes or upstairs, always handling goods and customer property with care. Any issues must be escalated promptly and professionally.

Schedule

13-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Operating across a 6-day coverage window with rotating crews

Shift times may vary based on business needs

Key Responsibilities

Load and organize deliveries using the most efficient route

Safely operate and maintain a 5-ton truck in accordance with company and legal requirements

Deliver products to residential and commercial locations, including stairs or entryways when needed

Lift and carry items up to 150 lbs alone or 300 lbs with a partner using safe techniques

Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain delivery documentation, including status updates, logs, and mileage records

Keep vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs

Work collaboratively with dispatch, logistics, and customer service teams

Ensure all products are in good condition upon delivery

May be required to operate a 1-tonne truck and assist with shipment prep

Perform other duties and support projects as assigned

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience driving 5-ton trucks

Valid driver's license with a clean abstract

Physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting

Availability for 13-hour shifts and weekend work

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer/mobile app literacy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Professionalism under pressure and problem-solving ability

Personal qualities: integrity, reliability, commitment, and team spirit

Must use proper PPE; smartphone access is an asset
