Delivery Director - Commercial Office (CO106)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a seasoned Delivery Director for our Commercial Office developments. This strategic role will lead the successful delivery of commercial office projects that meet Qiddiya’s high standards for quality, functionality, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial office projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, construction, engineering, and procurement teams to develop and execute effective delivery plans.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including contractors, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, reporting, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Implement best practices in project management, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and quality regulations.
• Provide senior management with timely and accurate project status updates, highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies.
• Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within projects to support Qiddiya’s vision of creating a world-class community.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in delivering commercial office or similar large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
