Job Purpose:

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Coordinator to join our Connectivity Hub on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end provisioning across a range of telecoms services. Given the short-term nature of the contract, this role is ideal for someone who can quickly embed into the team, confidently manage suppliers and customers, and deliver high-quality service from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end provisioning and delivery of telecoms services including Ethernet, WLR, SIP, Broadband, and Number Porting
• Manage orders from initiation through to completion and handover, ensuring adherence to SLAs and internal processes
• Act as a key point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Proactively monitor provisioning queues, manage workloads, and meet daily delivery targets
• Handle escalations and provisioning queries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvement and service optimisation

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in telecoms provisioning (WLR, SIP, Data Services, Number Porting, Broadband)
• Strong understanding of supplier management and escalation processes
• Ability to manage multiple orders/tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
• Confident using systems and tools (e.g. MS Excel, order tracking, provisioning platforms)

Nice to have:

• Experience handling complex provisioning or escalation cases

• Knowledge of billing disputes and provisioning-related issues
• Familiarity with “cease before provide” scenarios and records management
• Experience supporting or delivering telecoms training/documentation
• Exposure to Director-level or high-priority service escalations
