Job Description
• Drive maximum value for epay’s Issuing customers across both existing services and new digital gifting and loyalty offerings.
• Lead the full lifecycle of digital service delivery, from discovery and requirements gathering through to rollout and adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product and Technology teams to ensure smooth and successful implementations.
• Translate customer needs and system insights into well‑defined solutions and actionable delivery plans.
• Measure and support post‑implementation uptake, performance and customer outcomes using strong business analysis and data skills.
Requirements:
• 4+ years in product management, preferably with technical/digital products
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, B2B portals, or digital wallets
• Familiarity with gift card ecosystems (physical & digital)
• Experience in email campaign management platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Strong understanding of API integrations, SaaS platforms, and digital delivery systems
• Experience working in agile environments
