Company Overview: Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital advisors, is seeking a senior-level investment professional to join the team on a full-time basis. Job Summary: Dialectic is the investment advisor for several offshore funds that serve investors globally. Therefore, expertise in offshore fund accounting and reporting, along with related disciplines, will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice to directors on portfolio allocation for yielding opportunities

• Assist in yield farming operations, including transaction co-signing

• Identify and evaluate optimal risk-adjusted yielding opportunities

• Conduct thorough risk due diligence on potential protocols

• Ensure internal alert system coverage remains current and comprehensive

• Monitor and analyze emerging trends in yield farming (e.g., new protocol launches, meta-strategies, airdrops)

• Actively participate in investment committee discussions, contributing insights on capital allocation decisions

Key Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of DeFi protocols

• Proven experience in yield farming strategies

• Proficiency in analyzing protocols across various risk categories (e.g., smart contract, economic, governance, etc)

• Strong expertise in risk control and management

• Ability to inspect and validate transaction details (e.g., calldata input fields) prior to execution

• Advanced proficiency in on-chain investigation tools (e.g., Etherscan, Nansen, Phalcon)

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for independent and flexible thinking

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work
