About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dedicated Nurse & PA to provide dedicated medical, wellbeing, and day-to-day support across both office and private settings. This role combines hands-on clinical care, including IV administration and wellbeing support, with administrative and personal assistance, requiring a high level of professionalism and organisational ability. The ideal candidate should be confident working independently in a private 1:1 care environment and capable of balancing clinical responsibilities with operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical and Wellbeing Duties
• Provide dedicated nursing and medical support
• Administer IVs and support structured wellbeing journeys
• Monitor wellbeing, vitals, and overall health status as required
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical and wellbeing records
• Ensure compliance with medical standards, hygiene, and infection control
• Coordinate with external doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers when needed
• Exercise sound clinical judgement and escalate medical concerns appropriately
• Perform all medical duties strictly within the scope of professional qualifications and warrants

Administrative and Personal Support
• Support personal and ad-hoc tasks related to daily operations
• Provide administrative support within an office environment
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and documentation
• Ensure smooth day-to-day support across professional and private settings
• Handle all information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

Requirements
• Proven clinical experience, ideally including IV therapy and wellbeing-focused care
• Qualified Nurse with a recognised medical qualification
• Medical warrant / licence permitting IV administration
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working across office and private environments
• Highly professional, discreet, and reliable
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities autonomously
