We are seeking a compassionate Dedicated Aide to support our educational team in a charter school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, and possess strong communication skills. This role is crucial in fostering a positive learning environment and assisting educators in delivering effective instruction.
Duties:
Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the needs of students.
Provide support in behavior management strategies to promote a conducive learning atmosphere.
Work closely with students with disabilities, ensuring their individual needs are met and facilitating their participation in classroom activities.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to enhance the educational experience.
Assist in teaching basic concepts and other subjects as required.
Supervise children during school activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Skills:
Experience in private school settings is preferred.
Strong behavior management skills to effectively support students' needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals with disabilities and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students and staff.
Background in tutoring experience is beneficial.
