We’re looking for a Decision Intelligence Lead who can turn data into strategy, intelligence into action, and ambiguity into clarity. You’ll lead a high‑performing analytics team, partner with business leaders across functions, and shape how AI‑driven insights unlock measurable commercial value.

What You will Lead & Deliver

• Mentor and grow a team of Power BI & analytics developers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.

• Build high‑impact dashboards and intelligence products that influence decisions across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, CMI, Digital Marketing & R&D.

• Co‑create next‑gen intelligence solutions — advanced analytics, agentic AI, generative AI, and modular insight frameworks.

• Translate complex analytical work into powerful strategic narratives that drive action and measurable value.

• Strengthen data governance, operational resilience, and security across all analytics solutions.

What You Bring

A STEM degree with analytics experience, proven team leadership, deep expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and strong business partnering skills — plus genuine curiosity for the future of AI.
