We are seeking a senior associate to join the Debt Finance department with a well known national law firm. The qualified candidates will have 5 – 6 years of experience in syndicated, club and single lender financing, as well as excellent academic credentials, writing, and extensive law firm work experience.

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to work independently are a must
