MISSION :
Coface is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive our Debt Collection business across ANZ. You will develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong client relationships to achieve ambitious growth targets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Coface’s debt collection portfolio.
• Work closely with the Debt Collection Manager and their team of collectors with onboarding clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to support campaigns and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and uphold the highest ethical standards
• If necessary, provide training to any new Debt Collection sales staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in debt collection or financial services.
• Strong understanding of debt recovery processes and regulatory requirements in ANZ.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English
