At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.
Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity
As part of the Deal Analytics team you are expected to bring targeted commercial insights through industry-specific experience and cutting-edge data science techniques. As a Senior Associate you are expected to collaborate on top-performing teams, analyze financial statements, and manage accounting, financial, and transactional data. You are also responsible for leveraging advanced skills in Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel to turn data into insights.

What You Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Advanced level of english
What Sets You Apart
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Mathematics, Accounting preferred
• CPA preferred
• Understanding of financial statements and business cycles
• Managing top-performing technical teams
• Leveraging business intelligence software
• Utilizing advanced skills in Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, Power Query
• Knowledge of modern big data approaches
• Utilizing a significant degree of collaboration and innovation
