ABOUT THE ROLE:

Notion is looking for our first Deal Desk Workflows Manager. This role will be critical in ensuring scalability of our Quote to Order Process and Deal Desk programs. You will be focused on projects to enhance our process and systems, including planning, scoping, implementation, testing, and ensuring a smooth roll out of process enhancements, new product launches, and updated functionality. This role will partner closely with the Biz Tech team, Enablement Team, and Serve a “Train the Trainer” function on the Deal Desk. This role reports to the Global Head of Deal Desk.

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:

- You will represent the Deal Desk on some of Notions most critical and strategic projects, ensuring we are prepared to launch from a quote to order perspective. #driverofourmission

- You will ensure successful launches by providing reporting, driving fast follow initiatives, and triaging bugs and inefficiencies identified after go-live. #pacesetter

- You will partner closely with the Biz Tech team and Enablement team to design, implement, and roll out user friendly enhancements to our Quote to Order Process. #kindanddirect

- You will be our subject matter expert on the Deal Desk for new initiatives, launches, and functionality. We will look to you to prep the broader Deal Desk for upcoming business changes, and will be responsible for #truthseeking on behalf of the Deal Desk.

- You will refine and integrate our existing AI workflows with other broader systems workflows.

SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

- 3-5 years of experience working on strategic cross functional projects both as a stakeholder and as a project manager.

- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, Netsuite, Ironclad and other common Quote to Cash & GTM technologies, and experience integrating AI into existing workflows.

- Demonstrated ability to align and coordinate stakeholders. This includes partnering with Deal Desk, Accounting, Biz Tech, Rev Ops, Legal, Global Sales, and Finance.

- Excellent written communication skills including the ability to distill complex ideas and diverse viewpoints into simple summaries, project plans, and workflows.

- Strong storytelling skills leveraging Salesforce data.

NICE TO HAVES:

- Understanding of ASC 606

- Experience with Sales, either as a rep or as a business partner

- Expert Notion User

- System Admin Experience a plus!

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
