The role:
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Deal Desk Associate to help scale our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations, ensuring that deals are structured strategically, priced correctly, and aligned with company goals.

You will drive deal efficiency, maintain pricing discipline, protect margins, and improve quote-to-cash processes, acting as a key partner across GTM and business teams to enable smart, scalable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Review, structure, and approve complex SaaS deals (pricing, discounting, contract terms)

• Partner with Sales to optimize deal strategy and improve win rates

• Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, revenue recognition, and approval workflows

• Build and manage quote-to-cash processes (CPQ, CRM hygiene, approvals)

• Track deal metrics: discount trends, cycle time, ACV, margin impact

• Support contract negotiations alongside Legal and Finance

• Maintain documentation for non-standard terms and exceptions

• Identify process improvements to scale revenue operations efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work in an onsite environment - Bangalore, HSR Layout

• Shift Timings : 5 PM to 2 AM IST

• 6–10 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Finance in a SaaS company

• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models (subscription, usage-based, enterprise contracts)

• Experience working with Sales leadership and enterprise deals

• Familiarity with CRM/CPQ tools (Salesforce preferred)

• Strong financial acumen and comfort reviewing contract terms

• Ability to balance commercial flexibility with margin discipline

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
