OVERVIEW:
The Culinary Commando
Team is assigned to the Dairy Culinary and Ambient Culinary business in Jamaica.
- responsible for servicing 97 Stores
- with a service frequency of every 2 Weeks
- average 7 to 10 stores per day
- Mondays to Saturdays, with 1
Day off during the week
with specific assignments around the island
DUTIES
1. Maintain the Picture of Success at the Stores
(Primary Location + All Secondary Displays)
2. Ensure planogram is followed, Pricing is Visible and Specials are Highlighted
3. Special Branding and Execution of any planned and approved MAGGI and DCS Promotional Activities at Store Level
4. Reset the Store when needed by removing all Old POP, Shelf Paper, etc and replace with New POP
5. Monitor Competitive Activities and bring Insights (on Pricing, New Products introduced, number of locations available, Picture of Success, etc)
6. Assist in conducting Pricing Surveys on a Quarterly basis.
7. Provide supplement merchandising service at store level, when special promotional activations are required.
8. Any other task/project as proposed by the Category Manager.
Reporting Requirements to be submitted to the Category Managers and Brand Activation:
Daily visibility of
planned routes and Stores to be Serviced

Requirements:
1. Merchandising experience
2. Territary level education
3. Must be mobile or have access to vehicle
