• 全流程招聘管理：主导中高端岗位的人才寻访、甄选、面试协调及offer谈判，确保关键岗位及时到岗，对招聘结果负责。
• 渠道优化与维护：开发并维护多元化招聘渠道（猎头、社交媒体、校园招聘等），定期分析渠道效果，降低招聘成本。
• 多项目并行处理：同时推进多个招聘项目，高效协调跨部门需求，合理分配资源，确保各项目进度达标。
• 数据驱动优化：分析招聘核心数据（到岗率、渠道转化率、周期等），提出策略改进方案，持续提升招聘效率。
• 入职衔接与基础员工关系：优化新员工入职流程，衔接试用期跟踪等基础员工关系工作，保障入职体验。
• 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先；
• 5年以上人力资源经验，其中3年以上专注招聘模块，制造业或快速成长企业背景优先；
• 核心能力：具备出色的多线程工作能力，能在高压环境下高效推进任务，积极主动解决问题，结果导向；
• 具备英文工作文档处理能力（CET-6及以上优先）。
