[DCJP] 新卒：Graduate Specialist Program(GSP)

Bosch Rexroth Corporation operates the electric servo driver system business, such as hydraulics and FA module components. The company provides products and solutions mainly related to hydraulic and electric drive in a wide range of areas such as construction, general industrial machinery, and FA equipment.

Leveraging the characteristics of high power hydraulic drives and highly efficient electric drives, Bosch Rexroth helps to save energy and clean up exhaust gases in construction machinery and general industrial machinery. Bosch Rexroth is also contributing to higher safety and reliability of machinery. In factory automation module components, Bosch supplies an extensive lineup of components, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, to meet needs on the front lines of manufacturing.

This position is an entry-level role designed for new graduates who aim to become technical or functional specialists.

Ideally, candidates should be able to start within 2026.

After completing a customized program designed to develop you as a specialist over approximately two years, you will be assigned to your permanent position.

■ Rotational Learning Program

You will engage in project-based assignments across multiple departments, rotating approximately every six months to gain broad and practical experience.

■ Expert Mentorship System

A dedicated mentor will support your professional growth and provide continuous, constructive feedback throughout the program.

■ Talent Development Program

In addition to on-the-job experience, you will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training sessions and events designed to enhance both technical skills and leadership capabilities.

This program aims to develop future specialists for high-impact roles in areas such as Research & Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

MUST (Basic Qualifications) 

• We are looking for high-potential individuals with a drive to learn and the ambition to build a long-term career as a specialist at Bosch Rexroth.
• [For technical roles] Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical fields.
• Maximum 3 years of professional experience. 
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, analytical, self-motivated, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.
