• 开发适合市场的线性产品(滚柱导轨系统、滚珠导轨系统)；
• 主要负责滑块体相关塑料件开发，包括2D/3D建模，技术参数校核计算以及SAP 系统相关产品信息的维护；

• 线性产品研发工程师，特别和团队一起负责开发新型滚珠导轨系统（如BSCL-lite以及相关产品）

• 为LT全球的相关部门提供必要的技术支持和协助，如研发、销售、采购、质量，物流、生产等；

• 根据客户需求协助销售提供线性产品解决方案并提供技术支持；

• 和团队一起洞察市场最新技术方向以便后续可以应用在公司相关产品设计或优化工作中；

• 对竞争对手的监控和市场技术跟踪。

• 大学学士（硕士）或者在机械设计及其自动化等的高等学历；
• 线性产品相关生产技术或工程设计工作经验优先；
• 有一定塑料件的机械设计经验（如机械结构，尺寸公差计算，机械元件，工程力学和材料力学）；
• 有产品数据管理系统如 SAP 及3D设计软件工作经验（Creo经验优先）；
• 熟悉加工工艺（如车削，铣削，磨削,注塑，冲压等）；

• 熟练的英语（口头表达和写作能力）, 熟练德语者优先；

• 工作中有主见和独立的工作能力；
• 有出国经验者优；
• 能接受短期出差（国内和国际）；
