Job Description

制造工艺技术员

遵循公司既定的培养发展计划与安排，经由生产制造一线扎实的工作经验的积累与问题的总结分析，不断提升个人能力，逐步承担制造技术技术员与工程师的工作职责

 

工作职责：

阶段一：

工作部门/区域：生产制造部/制造工程部/质量部

工作职责：

在一线生产制造区域，按生产计划与技术要求，服从生产主管的安排与管理，在不同的白/中/夜班班次中完成机械零部件机加工制造、机械元件总成装配、零部件的质量检验及产品测试。

 

 

阶段二：

工作部门/区域：生产制造部/制造工程部

工作职责：

1：承担零部件机加工/装配的工作

2：识别加工、装配过程中出现的问题，分析问题，及时汇报

3：对于发现的问题，运用问题分析与解决工具形成解决方案

4：主动创新，采取新的方法保证质量，优化流程，提升效率，降低成本

 

阶段三：

工作部门/区域：制造工程部

工作职责：

1：承担制造工艺制定与执行，优化

     - 机加工零件数控加工程序制定与仿真

     - 机加工刀具定义与应用

     - 机加工、装配的工装、夹具的设计

2：按工艺要求完成零部件样件的放行 

3：建立并管理标准技术文件，技术转移文件并移交生产制造部执行

4：识别问题，分析问题，解决问题并建立预防方案

5：跨部门沟通协调

 

阶段四：

工作部门/区域：制造工程部

工作职责：

1：独立承担制造工艺工程师的职责，积极创新，开发新工艺，新方法，新流程

2：参与创新项目，实现生产制造数字化智能化发展

3：承担更大领域的项目沟通协调，在团队中发挥领导作用

       任职要求：

1：机械或工程类本科学历，应届生或1-2年初级工作经验

2：具备机械设计理论知识

3：具备机械制图知识，掌握机械制图软件

4：具备统计，分析的知识

5：基础英语

6：结构化思维，良好的沟通技巧与合作精神，极强的持续学习意愿与能力

7：自我激励，建立长期发展的职业发展规划
