- 客户PPAP的准备以及协调准备客户审核相关内容

- 客户投诉处理(组织团队分析根本原因/风险评估/制定相关措施等）

- 工厂内部生产过程中质量问题以及不合格品处理

- 国外兄弟工厂缺陷件投诉的处理（定期沟通/索赔/定义措施/跟踪有效性）

- 项目管理的参与和协调

- 工程变更需求的协调

- 质量警报的分享和协调

- 对内部生产过程定期进行过程审核

- 为质量管理评审会议准备有关质量资料

- 领导top质量问题的系统化分析解决

- 机械工程或相关专业大学学历

- 具有生产质量工作方面的实际经验，并具有质量管理方法知识

- 具有根本原因分析和解决问题方法（比如8D、FMEA）方面的经验

- 具有机械工程技术及产品方面的知识

- 良好的团队合作者和人际交往能力，具有进一步发展的潜力

- 具备良好的统计知识以及数据分析能力并熟悉相关数据统计分析软件的使用（Q-DAS/Minitab etc.）

- 英语听说读写能力俱佳

- 有液压产品和应用知识及经验者优先
