We are looking for a talented & passionate DC Inbound - Outbound Team Lead for our Logistics Center in Heraklio!

Role Responsibility:

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Oversee inventory control operations (receiving, storage, shipping) and ensure accuracy through audits and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics to prioritize orders, meet service level agreements, and optimize workflows.
• Enforce safety standards, conduct training, and drive continuous process improvements through performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems
• Fluency in English
