DC Advanced User - 3PL

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a DC Advanced User - 3PL, you will provide an efficient and smooth system support to day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with system routines and acting as a bridge between the business and system administration.

Specialized Operations & Administration

• Support daily operations and train DC associates and team leaders on system functionalities and process improvements, in collaboration with the DC Systems Specialist.
• Ensure operational excellence and quality by maintaining system efficiency, following best practices for system utilization, implementing IT procedures and managing system routines, including clean-ups.
• Support Team Leaders in managing pick stations to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and reporting on identified issues, providing feedback to DC System Specialists.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with systems team to create system tickets, utilizing internal tools to gather all necessary information.

Process & Workflow Optimization

• Identify and suggest improvements across all operational areas to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Analysis & Decision Support

• Perform inventory tasks, monitor processes, investigate discrepancies, ensure timely replenishment, and analyze short picks to identify trends and root causes.
• Generate reports and gather data as needed to support operational and system insights.

Data & Systems administration

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing container information.

WHO YOU ARE

• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, cost drivers, and system processes.
• Strong knowledge of DC systems, updates, and technological advancements for Inbound and Outbound operations.
• Ability to quickly learn, apply, and transfer knowledge of new system features in a clear and concise way seeing they are effectively executed.
• Skilled in coaching, training, and supporting others in a proactive developmental capacity.
• Collaborative mindset, embracing change and driving meaningful growth.
• Organized and structured in managing responsibilities
• Awareness of individual contributions to broader operational success.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements and driving innovation.
