Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Dayforce Technical / Integration Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of Dayforce integrations and technical configurations. This role requires strong experience with Dayforce integration tools, web services, and data exchange technologies, working closely with HR, payroll, and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and support Dayforce integrations using Dayforce Integration Studio

Build and maintain web services and API-based integrations (inbound and outbound)

Develop and support data transformations using XML and XSLT

Create and maintain Dayforce custom reports to support business and operational needs

Configure and support Dayforce forms and workflows

Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data, and system issues

Support testing, deployments, and production issue resolution

Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Document technical designs, integration mappings, and support procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in a Dayforce technical or integration-focused role

Strong hands-on experience with:

Dayforce Integration Studio

Web services / APIs

XML / XSLT

Dayforce custom reports

Dayforce forms and workflows

Solid understanding of HR and payroll data structures

Experience with data integration, transformation, and validation

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
