Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Integration Specialist to design, implement, and support integrations between Dayforce and third-party payroll systems such as ADP. The role will focus on ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient data flow between systems to support payroll and HR operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Dayforce and external payroll systems (e.g., ADP)

Configure and manage data interfaces, file transfers, and APIs

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements

Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate data integration

Perform testing, validation, and documentation of integration solutions

Monitor integration performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with Dayforce integrations and/or payroll systems (ADP preferred)

Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll data structures

Experience with APIs, file-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON), and middleware tools

Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and validation processes

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
