Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Dayforce Data & Integration Specialist with strong experience in Dayforce technical configuration, integrations, and data management. This role focuses on building and supporting integrations, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling reporting and analytics through reliable data structures. The ideal candidate bridges Dayforce technical capabilities with data-focused requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain Dayforce integrations using Dayforce Integration Studio

Build and support API and web service integrations (inbound and outbound)

Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation for Dayforce data

Develop and support Dayforce custom reports and datasets

Work with XML / XSLT for data transformations and integrations

Configure and maintain Dayforce forms and workflows

Support data loads, extracts, and ongoing data maintenance activities

Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across Dayforce and downstream systems

Troubleshoot data, reporting, and integration issues

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in a Dayforce technical or integration-focused role

Strong hands-on experience with:

Dayforce Integration Studio

Web services / APIs

XML / XSLT

Dayforce custom reports

Dayforce forms and workflows

Solid understanding of HR and payroll data structures

Experience with data integration, transformation, and validation

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
