Daycare Kitchen Staff

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Kitchen Staff member to join our childcare center team! This is a full-time, 40-hour per week daytime position in a supportive, friendly atmosphere. Our center is located on a university campus, offering a welcoming environment and a strong sense of community.

What You’ll Do:

Portion and distribute lunches to classrooms (meals are prepared and delivered from our campus catering kitchen)

Prepare and serve breakfast and afternoon snacks

Wash dishes and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen

Keep the kitchen and storeroom organized and well-stocked

Receive and properly store food deliveries

Communicate effectively with classroom staff to ensure smooth meal service

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a professional kitchen required

Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

Strong organizational and time management skills

Clear, friendly communication with staff

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Daytime hours

Pay:

$16.25–$17.50 per hour to start
