We are looking for a Support Worker with a commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our new bespoke supported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing, person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

✔ Experience as a Day Support Worker in a learning disability or complex needs setting
✔ Someone creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference

✔ Part-time could be considered for the right applicant

⭐ About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual. They love outdoor adventures, music, water play, and trampolining, and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.

📅 An average 14 hours per week (Part time- days) 36 hours per week (Full time- Days)
🔄 Rotating schedule a structured shift pattern to maintain a stable sleep pattern allowing for better rest and personal time

🚗 Full UK driving licence is essential for applicants to the Support Worker (Day) position.
