As an Data & AI Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team developing AI-driven applications, data solutions and cloud-based systems for clients across multiple industries. This role provides a unique opportunity to explore different aspects of engineering, data science, and data analytics while working on real-world AI and data projects.

You will gain hands-on experience with data pipelines, machine learning models, big data technologies data visualization and business intelligence tools, with the flexibility to specialize based on your skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with different types of data using cloud platforms and databases
• Learn and support software development using modern programming languages
• Help build and improve data pipelines that move and transform data
• Assist in creating AI and machine learning models to generate useful insights
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business teams
• Learn about the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and big data

We’re looking for dynamic, open-minded problem-solvers eager to build a career in IT Services and Consulting. This training program is ideal for students currently in their 2nd or 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies

Whether your passion lies in data analysis, software development, AI, DevOps or cloud computing, we value individuals who are adaptable, curious, and driven to learn.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a foundational understanding of data processing, software engineering or cloud technologies, will be beneficial. An interest in machine learning, AI applications, and modern data ecosystems is essential. 

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, or R, as well as exposure to big data technologies, data visualization tools, and automation pipelines, will be an advantage.

Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards is beneficial, particularly for those interested in working with enterprise-scale data solutions.

Equally important are effective communication skills, the ability to translate technical insights into business impact, and a mindset geared toward continuous learning, innovation, and embracing new challenges in technology.
