Datasets Store Manager

We are looking for a Datasets Store Manager to oversee and develop our Datasets Store.

This role focuses on populating and maintaining the Datasets Store, ensuring order and consistency across it, coordinating with the development and sales teams, and supporting customers.

The position does not require deep technical or QA expertise; however, a high level of accuracy, responsibility, and strong English communication skills are essential.

Higher education
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
High level of attention to detail and responsibility
Ability to work in a structured and systematic manner
Strong communication skills and readiness to interact with customers and internal teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain, populate and organize the Datasets Store, including products, categories and content
Manually create planned datasets in the Datasets Store for approved data sources prior to data collection
Analyze target websites and identify relevant sections and URLs for dataset collection
Initiate and monitor data crawling tasks for new and updated datasets, and report issues to the development team
Review the quality of collected datasets and report issues to the development team
Start and control synchronization of collected datasets to create or update products in the Datasets Store, and report related issues to the development team
Support customers of the Datasets Store, including preparation and verification of dataset deliveries and direct customer communication
Prepare sample data for planned datasets using internal and AI-based tools
Manage the webshop through the Magento administrative interface (products, categories, customers, orders and content)
Send newsletters and manage customer communications
Monitor and support basic webshop analytics and performance tools (e.g. traffic, conversions)
Maintain up-to-date documentation on dataset plans, data collection progress, and store synchronization status
Work closely with the development team by reporting issues and suggesting process automation and improvement ideas
Work closely with the sales team to plan and support data source expansion for the Datasets Store
