Duration: 12 Months

• Analytics / Big Data Analytics

• Dataiku Support Analyst.
• Hands on experience with development or maintenance of Dataiku (DSS) implementations in a big data environment.
• Knowledge of Alation is a plus.
• Pharma Commercial data experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Analyze and resolve support tickets, service requests, operational tasks according to SLAs, Participate in Operations status meetings, Interact with clients as required to understand issues and discus solutions, Update support documentation.
• Help when there are issues and maybe minor upgrades.
• Ideally someone that knows this system very well is what they want.

• It’s a very long term contract if the person is good.
