Who We're Looking For

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to analyze large datasets, build scalable queries and dashboards, and provide deep insights that guide strategic decisions. You’ll use Databricks for querying, transformation, and reporting across Delta Lake and other data sources.nd act on data with confidence.

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles
• Strong experience with Databricks Notebooks, SQL, and Delta Lake
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions)
• Experience with data profiling, data validation, and root-cause analysis
• Comfortable working with large-scale datasets and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL workflows
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with Unity Catalog and data access governance (a plus)
• Exposure to Python or PySpark for data wrangling (a plus)
