What We Do
YESS is a not-for-profit agency working with youth facing difficult realities. Based in Edmonton, our Youth Support Centre provides immediate and low-barrier 24/7 sleep support and individualized wrap-around supports for young people aged 15 -24.
We work collaboratively within a network of care, focused on the prevention of youth homelessness by providing youth with the necessary supports to stabilize their housing, improve their wellbeing, build life skills, connect with community, and avoid re-entry into homelessness.

What You Will Do
This contract role provides hands-on support for three priority projects:
Website redesign and data integration
Adopt-A-Teen registration and data management
Walk for YESS peer-to-peer fundraiser
The role is responsible for implementing and maintaining data systems, supporting platform integration, and ensuring a smooth user experience for families, donors, and participants. Work includes coordinating with developers, managing CRM data, troubleshooting issues, and producing accurate, timely reporting.
The focus is on execution, system integration, data accuracy, and user experience across platforms, with an emphasis on delivering functional systems and resolving issues quickly during key program and campaign periods.
The contract period is from May 1, 2026, through January 30, 2027, with an expected commitment of 40 hours per week.
Location: Hybrid – Three-Four days per week on location at administrative office in Edmonton (T5S 1G2)
Responsibilities include:
Website & Data Integration
Support development and launch of new website
Liaise with external developers to ensure accurate integration with CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge), Adopt-A-Teen registration, and Google Analytics
Ensure data flows are accurate, consistent, and usable for reporting
Donor Experience & Support
Ensure donor-facing website components are fully integrated and user-friendly
Collaborate with Development team on donor stewardship processes
Ensure Adopt-A-Teen registration process is user-friendly and accessible for families, including clear, consistent communication before and after delivery to ensure families feel informed and supported
Support accurate donor data tracking and reporting
Walk for YESS Support
Conduct environmental scan of peer-to-peer fundraising best practices
Support development of improved participant experience (teams, walkers, engagement tools)
Enhance donor experience and ease of giving
Assist with creation of online community features (leaderboards, content, engagement tools)
Ensure accurate reporting and CRM integration
Provide troubleshooting and support for participants
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience with database/CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge or similar)
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication skills (internal coordination and external support)
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into usable insights
Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
What You Bring
Minimum of two to five years’ relevant training or background in project management, ideally in the nonprofit or social sector.
Clear police clearance (PIC) and a Child Intervention (CIRC) check, both obtained within the last six months
