Database Administrator (DBA)

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the installation, deployment, operation, configuration optimization, and performance tuning of large-scale search services for Elasticsearch or TiDB/Doris

2. Responsible for the construction of TB level databases, cache, and PB level data warehouses, providing complete and efficient business support for all business parties;

3. Deeply participate in the construction of a database standardization system, providing professional database selection and architecture planning for complex business scenarios;

4. Responsible for high availability, capacity planning, rapid expansion, design and implementation of disaster recovery solutions for ES clusters, cluster problem diagnosis, and timely recovery of cluster failures;

5. Responsible for the operation and standardization of common database components: MySQL/Redis/MongoDB;

Job requirements:

1. Proficient in ES or Doris, TiDB architecture, with experience in using, maintaining, architecture splitting, and tuning large-scale ES or Doris, TiDB clusters;

2. More than 5 years of work experience, honest, down-to-earth, conscientious and responsible, able to withstand strong work pressure;

3. Strong learning ability, good at independent thinking, active thinking, and strong passion for technology;

4. Strong execution and teamwork skills, with experience in organizing large-scale projects at the company level preferred;

5. Proficient in AWS, Tencent database products, and extensive experience in cloud database operation and maintenance is preferred;
