SOCOTEC Vietnam is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC Group providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Around the globe, more than 14,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification. 

We are currently expanding our Technology Services and are looking for a Database Administrator to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

• Ensuring seamless database operations across various environments ·

• Implementing and maintaining database maintenance tasks

• Ensuring performance and general database optimisations

• Providing support to database related support issues

• Helping with TSQL and MySQL Scripting

• Reviewing Data and data related requirements

• Engaging in strategic capacity and architecture planning

• 3 years of experience, Completion of a Microsoft or equivalent SQL Maintenance and Performance tuning course.

• Demonstratable experience of maintaining databases, Database design & development

• Knowledge of SQL Database maintenance, SQL Scripting, MS SQL or MySQL

• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases

• Strong analytical ability to dissect complex processes

• Proven track record in SQL Server database performance tuning

• Experience working with development and support teams
