Your start:
We are looking for you to start in Q1 2026 for our Delivery Center in Zagreb!
Your mission:
Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge is as follows:• Migration from Qlik to PowerBI
• Creation and maintenance of dashboards in PowerBI/ Tableau to visualize complex data relationship
• Support in the analysis and domain-specific data
• Structured preparation and communication of analysis results in close collaboration with specialist departments and customer teams
• Derivation of action recommendations based on data analyses
• Support in the further development of existing reporting formats and analytical evaluations
• Participation in interdisciplinary project teams with a strong focus on data, domain logic, and customer requirements
Your profile:
Data is also in your DNA? You should bring the following:• Completed degree in a quantitative or analytically oriented field (e.g., Business Informatics, Data Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering) or a comparable qualification
• Structured and quality-oriented way of working, as well as willingness to travel as part of a consulting role
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Croatian - basic knowledge of German is nice to have but not essential.
• Practical professional experience through relevant internships or working student positions with an analytical focus
• Strong interest in data-driven decision support and domain-specific analysis
• Basic knowledge of SQL and a solid understanding of data models and ETL processes
• Initial experience with BI tools — particularly Qlik and PowerBI — as well as knowledge in creating interactive reports and dashboards
