WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Principal duties and responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Manage daily checks and the shared inbox with minimal support and reacts to alerts on timely manner

Create and maintain consistent data, including tolerances, pre-validation, edits, and schedule versions, in line with system and industry requirements with minimal support

Investigate and resolve Salesforce cases by diagnosing missing, incorrect, or delayed data issues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with minimal support

Displays knowledge in the relevant industry/domain, applying knowledge to support suppliers and internal stakeholders

Create and maintain comprehensive and complete documentation independently

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to validate data, align with standards, and resolve issues

Participate in the on-call rota, providing timely troubleshooting and issue resolution

Build and maintain relationships with the suppliers. Attend calls with existing and new suppliers to provide insights on the data shared with Company, with minimal support

Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new data content with minimal support

WHAT YOULL BRING:

Knowledge of basic SQL

Knowledge of Proficient Excel

Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Sales Force or other tracking Tools

Knowledge of basic DataDog

Knowledge of AI tooling

REQUIRED BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

Can prioritise workload when necessary to achieve deadlines

Adaptability: Stay responsive to evolving project needs and technological advancements

Effective communication: clearly convey complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
