PUBLIC TRUST CLEARANCE HIGHLY REQUIRED
JLGOV is seeking an e-Discovery Data Specialist to support a five (5) year contract with the Litigation Technology Unit at the USAO in Dallas, TX. This is an e-Discovery technical opportunity, on-site, no exceptions.
This is a technical Data Specialist support position, not a paralegal or attorney role. The Data Specialist provides hands-on technical expertise with eDiscovery tools and platforms to support attorneys throughout all facets of eDiscovery, from ESI collection through trial presentation.
This role requires on-site availability and a Public Trust security clearance. JLGOV will provide comprehensive benefits and contribute an additional $125.00 parking allowance per pay period.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform early case assessment, ESI processing, review, and production using eDiscovery platforms
Provide technical guidance on discovery workflows and Technology Assisted Review (TAR)
Load, convert, and process documents using Relativity, Nuix, and IPRO Eclipse
Ensure data integrity and technical readiness for production and trial
Support trial presentation setup using Trial Director
Create logs, reports, and summaries using discovery tools
Collaborate with agencies to ensure data collection and DOJ compliance
Conduct document searches using AI-based tools
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's degree (or 2 additional years of relevant experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical litigation eDiscovery support environments
Proficiency in Relativity, Nuix, Cloud Nine Law PreDiscovery, IPRO Eclipse SE, and similar platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments
DOJ Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior DOJ or federal e-Discovery litigation support experience
Administrator-level experience in litigation support platforms
