Data Solutions Specialist

​​​​​​About the role

The purpose of the Data Solutions Specialist role is to manage customers’ variable data for printed labels, including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions. This individual acts as a primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and global production locations, ensuring smooth operations between online ordering, production, and information solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions.
• Act as a primary and point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and for Avery Dennison’s global production locations for variable data-related information.
• Work closely with Avery Dennison’s production locations, IT, and automation teams to ensure smooth operations with online ordering, production, and information solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end data testing including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer.
• Leading ecommerce solutions execution and implementation, offering post production support, managing support tickets, assisting with client communication, and providing IT development support.

• Deep knowledge of product development and data management processes.
• Proven ability to manage variable data requirements to enable variable data item setup.
• Strong skills in process automation and production processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interaction and resolution updates.
• Demonstrated curiosity and customer centricity in delivering high-quality variable data solutions.
