Created in Lyon in 2016 by three French entrepreneurs, Agicap is one of the fastest scale-ups in Europe, with over 8000 customers, 650 employees and fast revenue growth (7x between 2021 and 2024). Agicap is part of the French Tech 120, rewarding the most promising startups in France.

Agicap allows Finance teams of Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash, pay their suppliers and get paid. By combining a Treasury Management System, and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions into a single platform, Agicap aims at becoming the next leading Treasury Management platform for mid-market companies.

We have raised €145M since our creation, with prestigious VC funds including AVP, Greenoaks, Partech and BlackFin, with a last round in November 2024.

Your Mission:

Bridge sales and client needs by designing Agicap solutions that seamlessly integrate with ERPs and banking platforms—solving real business challenges with scalable, future-ready architectures. You will serve as the technical counterpart during the sales cycle, ensuring prospects clearly understand the value of Agicap while preparing a smooth transition to post-sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with prospects to assess business workflows, integration requirements (ERPs, banks, APIs), and pain points.
• Design SaaS solutions that integrate with third-party systems via APIs, connectors, or tailored approaches.
• Partner with the sales team to address complex integration queries, security considerations, and scalability expectations.
• Contribute to technical proposals, and architecture diagrams that highlight integration strategies and business impact.
• Act as the technical liaison with Product, Engineering, and Post-sales teams to ensure capabilities align with client expectations.
• Clearly articulate the ROI of the Agicap solution, such as reduced manual processes, improved accuracy of results, increased transparency over cash flow movements, and time savings.
• Document pre-sales findings and integration requirements to support a seamless handover to implementation teams.


What we are looking for::
• Experience in a pre-sales, solution design, or technical consulting role.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and link them to technical solutions.
• A consultative, customer-centric approach, able to uncover prospect needs and position Agicap’s value effectively.
• Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and stakeholders at different levels, including finance, IT, and operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling demonstrations and solution pitches.
• Proven ability to influence buying decisions by combining technical expertise with business impact.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.


Preferred skills::
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, banking integrations, APIs, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence in demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep-dives.
• Experience with API documentation and data flow design.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and SaaS security principles.
• Previous experience in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS business.

How do you become part of the team?

Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of:

- First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
- A role play or case study with the respective department
- Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
