Job Description & Summary

The AI, Cloud & Data (AICD) team plays a key role in designing solutions for PwC's largest projects. We deliver business, functional, and technical architecture projects, including data and integration architecture. We support data‑intensive transformation programs, including complex data migrations as part of cloud and CRM initiatives. Members of our team provide technology consulting and shape the vision for architecture development.

Data Solution Architect 

Your Future Role:

• Deliver advanced Data Platforms and Data Solutions for clients across diverse industries, 
• Design and propose innovative, cloud-based architectures in the Data Analytics domain, 
• Develop strategies to address complex technical challenges and ensure scalable, secure solutions, 
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout all project stages, providing expert guidance and resolving issues, 
• Lead pre-sales activities, including solution design, delivery approach, and effort estimation, 
• Communicate in technology-neutral language with clients and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions, 
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing, 
• Shape and evolve our data practice value proposition, contributing to innovation and thought leadership, 
• Designing and driving data migration strategies and architectures, 
• Delivering migrations to CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, 
• Working with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or similar, 
• Handling data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration cutover, 
• Supporting data quality, cleansing, and reconciliation activities. 

Apply If You Have:

• 6+ years of commercial experience in Data Solutions Architecture and Data Engineering, 
• Proven expertise in designing Data Analytics solutions on at least one public cloud (Azure preferred), 
• Strong understanding of data services on public clouds (Preferred: Azure, Databricks), 
• Ability to model data solutions using appropriate diagrams and architecture frameworks, 
• Hands-on experience with:  
• Data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouses 
• Complex ETL pipelines 
• Streaming data solutions 
• Have demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation), 
• Understanding Generative AI architectures and their application in data solutions, 
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, 
•  Experience in data migration will be a strong asset for this role, especially in transformation programs involving CRM platforms, 
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation), 
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) for engaging with clients and internal teams at all levels, 
• English proficiency at C1 level. 

Nice to Have 

• Knowledge of Data Governance concepts and tools, 
• Experience with Snowflake and Kafka/Confluent, 
• Hands-on experience in large-scale or multi‑wave data migrations, 
• Knowledge of CRM data models and legacy system integration, 
• Ability to explain migration risks and trade-offs to business stakeholders, 
• Demonstrated leadership abilities:  
• Building trust and fostering collaboration, 
• Encouraging diverse perspectives and innovation,
