Data Scientist - TS/SCI w/ FS Poly required

The Sponsor requires subject matter expertise to develop a tool to enhance their signature management capabilities and to integrate the Sponsor’s diverse data holdings and to leverage novel AI/ML solutions to support the Sponsor’s operational requirements. The Data Scientist will work closely with other teams; however, the Sponsor project manager will manage the priorities. The Data Scientist will integrate with Sponsor team to develop an understanding of Sponsor data structures. The Data Scientist will build out schema and data models, as required by the Sponsor. The Data Scientist will complete the Sponsor’s systems administrator security course (approx. 8 hours of training). The Data Scientist will provide weekly highlights summarizing work progress as required by the Sponsor. The Data Scientist will provide briefings, to include presentation slides and user guide documentation, as required by the Sponsor.

Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience with proficiency in Python.

2. Demonstrated experience with data analytics and transformations.

3. Demonstrated experience with complex graph database queries.

4. Demonstrated experience in cloud compute environments.

5. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical personnel as well as all levels of management and staff.

6. Desired: Demonstrated experience with proficiency in SQL.

7. Desired: Demonstrated experience with Cypher.

8. Desired: Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Service (AWS), (Lambda).

9. Desired: Demonstrated experience with Docker.

10. Other: Works closely with teams and project managers.

11. Other: Integrates with Sponsor teams to develop an understanding of Sponsor data structures.

12. Other: Builds out schemas and data models, as required by the Sponsor.

13. Other: Candidate must take the Sponsor’s systems administrator security course (approx. 8 hours of training).

14. Other: Provides weekly highlights summarizing work progress as required by the Sponsor.
