Role Summary

The Senior Data Scientist develops and deploys advanced analytics and machine learning solutions on Azure, with a focus on image processing and computer vision use cases. The role combines modeling, experimentation, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and deploy ML and CV models using Python.

• Work on image processing use cases (classification, detection, anomaly detection).

• Perform feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers on scalable ML pipelines.

• Deploy models using Azure ML and Databricks.

• Communicate insights and results to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 5-8 years of experience in data science or applied ML.

• At least 1 year of hands‑on image processing / computer vision experience.

• Strong Python skills and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn).

• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Hands‑on experience with Azure ML and/or Databricks.

• Solid understanding of statistics and model evaluation.

• Nice to Have: Exposure to Foundry, Experience deploying CV models to production, Familiarity with MLOps concepts.
