Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple AI and data-driven projects.

This role involves managing cross-functional teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and developers working on parallel AI tool implementations.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excels in agile project delivery, and is proficient with modern project management tools such as Click Up or Jira.

Requirements:
• Manage multiple AI and data science projects across their full lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery and optimization.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Click Up or Jira to ensure agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate workflows across technical and non-technical stakeholders to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and key deliverables.
• Collaborate with tech leads to ensure quality and scalability of AI tools being implemented.
• Prepare executive-level project updates, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Continuously optimize team performance, process efficiency, and delivery frameworks.

• 3-5 years of project management experience in tech, with at least 1-2 years managing AI/data science or software engineering teams.
• Strong experience working with Click Up, Jira, or similar agile project management platforms.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, data science processes, and software development practices.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage hybrid and remote teams in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Technical literacy in data engineering, analytics, or software development is highly preferred.
