Data Scientist and Process Mining Architect

Your mission:
As a Data Scientist and Process Mining Architect you will be responsible for driving projects that focus on bringing transparency and added-value to our customers' digital business processes. You will focus on generating meaningful and innovative solutions to improve the most critical metrics that keep our customers ahead of the competition. This role requires a deep understanding of our customers' needs and an ability to communicate our solutions to key decision makers and senior management. Additionally, you will support Processand's international expansion and the development of our team by working on new strategic concepts.

Your profile:
• Degree in Mathematics / Physics / Industrial Engineering / Business Management / Economics / IT or similar
• An analytical mind, ability to work in a structured way and quickly analyze problems
• Proven experience in a coding language like SQL, Python or R
• Sound understanding of business administration for all types of business processes
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
• IT affinity and a feel for sophisticated processes
• Visionary approach with a sense of commitment to making a difference
• Passion for working creatively, solving complex issues, and delivering high quality work.
• Fluent in German (C1 Level) and English (other foreign languages are a plus)
