In PwC Poland’s Digital& we create innovative applications and deliver data-driven insights by combining software engineering expertise with advanced data analysis, including GenAI applications. Our capabilities span across data science, UX design, business intelligence, data engineering, frontend & backend development and cloud solutions. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that we deliver comprehensive, impactful solutions that drive business success. We carry out projects in various industries, including banking, insurance and retail, supporting clients from Europe, the USA, South America, and Asia. 

We are looking for:  

Data Science & AI Business Consultant  

Your future role:  

• Gather and interpret business requirements to align data-driven solutions with strategic goals, 

• Employ advanced data analytics methodologies to address business challenges, optimizing predictive and prescriptive analytics to drive strategic decisions,  

• Develop, train, and validate machine learning models to forecast trends and behaviors, 

• Present analytical insights to stakeholders and clients to facilitate informed decision-making,  

• Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations that underscore critical data points, facilitating robust risk management and process optimization,  

• Lead initiatives such as proposal drafting, proof-of-concept creation, and feasibility studies for new product development and market expansion.  

Apply if you have:   

• Ability to collaborate with business and tech teams to translate ideas into data and AI driven solutions, 

• Ability to tell a clear, compelling story using data and insights, 

• Excellent communication skills, from formulating analytical problems to clear and intuitive presentation of results, 

• Professional experience delivering and implementing data and AI solutions,  

• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, transform and analyze data (using e.g. Python, R, SQL), 

• Experience in processing structured and unstructured data for analysis and modeling, 

• Familiarity with GenAI solutions and LLMs, 

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau, 

• Fluent communication in Polish and English. 

Nice to have: 

• Previous experience in a consultancy role, demonstrating successful project delivery and client satisfaction, 

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data processing, 

• Experience integrating AI-powered solutions into existing business workflows, 

• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering techniques,
