¿Cómo será tu día a día en Glintt Next?

Participarás en proyectos internacionales de alto impacto para uno de los operadores más relevantes del mundo. Buscamos a una persona motivada y comprometida, con ganas de asumir retos técnicos de primer nivel.

Serás referente técnico en Data Roaming, 4G/5G Core, VoLTE, GTP, MEC, Kubernetes y entornos cloud. Liderarás soluciones end-to-end, PoCs y la evolución tecnológica hacia 5G.

Formarás parte de un equipo senior, colaborativo, con autonomía y foco en innovación.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

Develop and create the technical and evolution requirements for the Mobile Core and its VAS, including Data Roaming monitoring and transport, GTPv1, GTPv2, DNS, GGSN/PGW, DBO and GTP Proxy.
Lead technical projects with direct interlocution with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Documentation and training for internal units in TGS and customers.
3rd level support for Operation
Lead and define PoC for new technologies.
Technical and economic analysis for new business opportunities.
Work with multiple vendors for designing and deployment of Data Roaming solutions.
Lead RFP process for vendor selection.
End to end Project management to ensure the target deadlines are met and raise a flag in case of any risk.

Lo que buscamos

Education in the field of telecommunications, communication systems or similar; good understanding of IP networks and protocols in 3G, 4G and 5G.
8 years of proven experience on Engineering + Operations and leading transversal and international projects.
Proven experience working in an MNO (Mobile Network Operator).
Proven Experience on the deployment, engineering, configuration, delivery, and operation of different mobile network elements and protocols: GTPv1, GTPv2, PGW/GGSN, SGW/SGSN, DNS, GTP Proxy, Firewall, VAS, IP Protocol, DPI, BGP, Static Routes, NAT, CGNAT, CUPS, 5G Core.
Experience on bare metal, virtualization & cloud public, Kubernetes and private environments.
Good understanding and standard analysis for packet core GTPc-u, DNS, VoLTE and 5G.
Knowledge in DNS protocols for APN resolution and internet navigation.
Experience using monitoring and tracing signaling tools.
Experience writing and evaluating RFP documents
Knowledge of 5G and MEC architectures. Experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of 4G ang 5G Private Networks.
Knowledge of 3GPP & GSMA Documents, packet core/EPC, protocols and mobile network architecture.
Good communication capacities for presentation with customers and directory board.
Sharp written, verbal communication skill and high level of business communication.
Perfect /native Spanish.
Advanced English (fluent both oral and written).
The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
