As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.

Job Description
Data Analysis & Insights
Assist in analyzing large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable insights
Support campaign performance analysis by identifying trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
Help develop and maintain performance benchmarks and competitive comparisons
Contribute to data visualization and dashboard creation
Social Listening & Market Research
Support social listening initiatives using tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Synthesio, NetBase, or similar platforms
Monitor consumer conversations, market trends, and competitor activity
Assist in preparing trend reports and market research presentations
Stay up to date with industry developments, digital marketing trends, and emerging platforms
Reporting & Collaboration
Assist in preparing monthly or quarterly performance reports
Support cross-functional teams with research and data insights
Contribute to recommendations for content strategy, campaign messaging, and optimization
Help prepare presentations for internal teams and clients
