What: Data Reporting Analyst who brings strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Where: This is a remote role based in the US.

Why: We’re looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to bring clarity and consistency to how Spotnana measures performance across the business. This role supports Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success by turning raw platform data into insights leaders can trust. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and improve how our customers experience travel. It’s a chance to sit at the center of the business and make data truly useful.

How (to land the job!): The process starts with a quick intro call with our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your background and share what it’s like to work at Spotnana. You’ll then meet with the hiring manager, followed by a virtual interview loop with key partners to dive deeper into your experience and collaboration style.

The day-to-day:

• Aggregate, validate, and govern data across booking systems, CRM, finance tools, and partners

• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports tracking usage, spend, and satisfaction

• Deliver recurring reporting for leadership on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence

• Analyze trends and cohorts to surface risks, growth opportunities, and inefficiencies

• Create clear visuals and insights for QBRs, EBRs, and executive readouts

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and external teams to improve data pipelines and definitions

Skills & qualities we value:

• 5+ years in data analytics or reporting roles, ideally in SaaS, travel-tech, or e-commerce

• Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and cloud data warehouses

• Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• High attention to detail with strong organization and follow-through

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on a number of factors including the candidate’s working location.
