Albert Bartlett, a leading name in the potato industry since 1948, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated M3 Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing data from the M3 ERP system and providing accurate and insightful reports that support operational and strategic decision-making across the company.
Your expertise will help optimize the use of our M3 system, improve data quality, and ensure timely reporting that drives business performance. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that contribute to Albert Bartlett's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from the M3 ERP system to support operational and financial reporting needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to enhance data processes and reporting capabilities.
• Support ongoing M3 system improvements and contribute to user training and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data governance standards and best practices.

Requirements:
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably M3, with strong data extraction and analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of data governance and best practices.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is desirable.
• Proactive, organized, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based
