About the Job

The Data Quality Management role is essential in ensuring that our data meets the highest standards for quality and integrity throughout the research and pharmaceutical development process.

Main Activities:

• Gather business requirements from Data Managers and Data Owners regarding expected data quality standards (meeting minutes, documentation, etc.)
• Propose and implement documented data quality controls within the repository
• Implement data integrity and quality rules
• Develop and document scripts/code to automate data quality controls within the system
• Draft and update application-related documentation (user guides, training materials, business rules documentation, etc.) in French and English
• Develop a functional understanding of the application managing the data and its interfaces with other systems
• Identify, investigate, and correct erroneous data within the biological substances repositories where necessary

Requirements:
About You

We are looking for candidates who embody our values of Audacity, Care, and Energy:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in data management, data quality assurance, or related fields within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and strong programming skills in Python and C#
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
