• Candidate MUST have directly managed employees; providing mentoring, coaching and professional development opportunities
• BS and 5+ years or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in writing rules, configuration and profiling data using IBM Information Analyzer (or equivalent toolset)
• Hands-on experience developing data profiling solutions, running analysis jobs and viewing results, creating and managing data quality controls using IBM Information Analyzer (or equivalent toolset)
• Knowledge of Information Analyzer (or equivalent toolset) administrative tasks such as managing logs, schedules, active sessions and security roles etc.
• Experience with creating, building and associating data rule definitions, rule set definitions, data rules, rule sets, and metrics
• Very strong data understanding and analysis skills; knowledge of and experience with various database concepts and technologies, such as Oracle and SQL Server
• Expertise in data profiling concepts, issues and activities
• Very strong people management, talent management skills and be able to motivate teams
• Support our financial client corporate culture objectives
• Strong background and understanding in enterprise information management, including master data management (MDM), metadata, reference data and data quality practices
• Strong knowledge of data system platforms, practices and data management policies
• Ability to design, develop and document data related policies, standards, procedures, processes
• Ability to facilitate large groups and work across multiple lines of business and global functions
• Strong communication and training skills
• Ability to interface with all levels of management
• Ability to identify problems/issues and create solutions
• Experience managing a blend team of on and off shore resources, contractors and direct resources
